With over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Neil Griggs is thrilled to be back in his family’s hometown of Williamsburg, Virginia. A Culinary Institute of America graduate, Neil’s diverse background includes everything from five-star restaurants to a full-service catering business – serving as the caterer for the South Carolina Inaugural Ball for President Bill Clinton. His passion for imaginative culinary creations and outstanding service is the driver behind the Cochon on 2nd concept. From the repurposed wood from his grandparents’ barn in Suffolk, Virginia to the decision to incorporate seasonal menus with local ingredients, Neil’s thoughtful vision is evident throughout the restaurant.
